Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach
I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at El Paso, a certification in Integrative Health Coaching from YogaMed Co in Washington, DC., and I am a certified Fencing Coach with the United States Fencing Coaches Association.
Having developed a passion and respect for the role overall health and wellness plays in our daily lives, I decided to take what I've learned in my personal journey and turn it into a fulfilling career that Empowers others. After 15 years in education and social services, I left my profession to pursue my passion in health coaching. I have been practicing for approximately 10 years working with adults and adolescents.
Through my professional training as a Nutrition Coach, Yoga Teacher and competitive fencer I work with individuals, groups and organizations facilitating conversations and empowering my clients to set and achieve goals.
I feel beyond blessed to wake up every day to do what I truly love. I am honored to have the opportunity to walk alongside my clients and support them in achieving their optimum health and growth. Nothing is more rewarding than to see a client overcome obstacles, break down barriers and find true healing from the inside out.
Through clearly defined goals and guidance you can mobilize your inner resolve for permanent, positive change.
